A bidirectional orientated gasketing material on PTFEbasis, filled with silica, designed to achieve the lowest creep values and seal integrity, combining excellent chemical resistance and optimal sealing performances.Can be used for applications with pHrange from 0 to 14 with exception to hydrogen fluoride, fluorine compounds and molten alkali metals.Applications : For all types of flanges joint connections in maritime applications in all sizes for temperatures from 260°C/+260°C and pressures classes up to 80 Bar, Characteristics : Density: 2,2 g/cm^3, Leckage DIN 3535 = < 0,05 mg/(s*m), KSW DIN 280902 = < 4,0%, KRW DIN 280902 = >1,7%, WSW DIN 280902 = <24%, Tensile Strength ASTM F 152 = 15 N/mm^2, Characteristics certifications : *FDAApproval BAM proofed for gaseous oxygen until 40 bar and +225°C *Cryogenic application approved EN 13555 (Qmin, Qsmin, PQR, …) *TALuft + Blow out test DNV GL DVGW.
