Description
A unique method of automatically lubricating on wire ropes, utilizing a high pressure collar with seals which delivers grease into the core of the wire ropes while providing a thin grease film outer coating as wire ropes passe through the lubricator.
Lubrication protects the ropes against corrosion while also providing excellent lubrication of wire strands both internally and externally.
This can provide safety lubrication work for crew and reduce the labor on lubrication by up to 90%, and significant increases in wire rope life.
Lubricator can also remove the grease or contamination from the wire rope prior to lubrication with cleaner attachment, which improve the effectiveness of the lubrication process.
There are several brands available, and each brand has different applicable rope diameters and accessories, so please specify the manufacturer and brand name when ordering replacement seals.
